I recently worked with Joe to buy a house, as well as sell my previous house. He was absolutely wonderful to work with on both processes. Joe is very easy to talk to, and really took the time to listen and understand what I wanted in a new home, as well as what my goals were for selling my old house. The house buying process was very smooth, and Joe was available around-the-clock (and even when he was supposed to be on vacation!) to handle anything that came up. Joe is fantastic! I met Joe as the listing agent on a property I bought in 2018; I was so happy with his work that I enlisted him to sell an investment property for me in 2020. He developed one of those marketing situations where I literally had a LINE of realtors waiting in a queue on the sidewalks to see my house! We had a dozen (full price and above) offers on day one, and went under contract at 5% above asking price. I should add that it was a record setting price for the block. His demeanor and knowledge is helpful to young buyers and investors alike, he knows the area (even the budget neighborhoods), he is thorough and prompt. He is five stars. I’ve had a few Philly agents in my buying experience and I am so happy I finally found Joe.
